How far in advance should we book your services?
To ensure our availability, we recommend booking 1-2 months in advance for regular days and at least 3 months for peak wedding seasons (December-January).
What is the booking and payment process?
We require a 25% to 50% advance payment to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is typically settled on the day of the event or before the final delivery.
Do you provide services outside of Dhaka?
Yes, we love to travel! While our base is in Uttara, Dhaka, we are available for destination weddings and events all over Bangladesh. Travel and accommodation costs are covered by the client.
How long does it take to deliver the final photos and videos?
We value quality over speed. You will receive the raw/edited soft copies within 7-10 days, and the final cinematic films and printed albums are delivered within 4-6 weeks after selection.
What kind of equipment do you use for shoots?
We use the latest full-frame mirrorless cameras (Sony/Canon), professional-grade prime lenses, stabilizer gimbals, and high-definition drones to ensure every shot is of broadcast quality.
