Digital Services Policy
💻All services provided by Dhaka Digital XYZ are digital services, including but not limited to:
⚠️ Important: Unlike physical products, digital services cannot be returned once delivered or partially completed. Industry-standard digital service policies generally limit refunds after work has started because time, expertise, and resources have already been invested.

When Refunds Are Available
✅Dhaka Digital XYZ may provide a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
✅ Full Refund
- We are unable to start the project.
- We determine that we cannot provide the requested service.
- The service cannot be delivered due to internal limitations on our side.
- No significant work has been performed on the project.
◐ Partial Refund
- A portion of the agreed work has been completed.
- Resources, software, advertising costs, manpower, or development time have already been used.
- The project is discontinued before full completion.
- Refund amounts determined based on completed work and resources utilized.

When Refunds Are NOT Available
🚫Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
The agreed service has been completed successfully.
The client has approved the delivered work.
The project has been partially or fully delivered.
Time, labor, software, advertising budget, or other resources have already been invested.
The client changes their mind after work has started.
The client fails to provide required information, content, access, or feedback that delays project completion.
Digital files, designs, videos, websites, or marketing assets have already been delivered.
As digital services cannot be physically returned, completed work is considered non-refundable. This approach is common across many digital service providers.

Project Cancellation
🚧Clients may request project cancellation at any time. However, please note the following:

No Work Started
If no work has started, a refund may be considered depending on the circumstances.
🟡
Work Already Begun
If work has already begun, cancellation fees or deductions may apply based on work completed.
🔴
Substantial Work Completed
If substantial work has been completed, refunds may not be available as significant resources have been used.
