Customer Support & Client Management Intern

📝 Responsibilities:

• Manage customer messages, calls, and emails

• Provide accurate information about company services

• Handle client queries and offer guidance

• Manage social media inbox and page messages

• Track customer issues using CRM/ticketing systems

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer experience
